1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is PEDRO NUNO DE MATOS TEIXEIRA VIEGAS, reachable at info@quintadestilaria.com. The technology platform powering this website (Fybroo, operated by Metamorph) acts as a processor, handling data exclusively on behalf of the controller.

2. Data we collect and why

We collect the data you provide when booking — name, email, phone, number of guests, dates and notes — to manage your booking and communicate with you (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Card payment data is processed directly by the payment provider; we do not store it.

3. Cookies, statistics and maps

This website uses only two strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent: a session cookie and a cookie that protects forms against forged requests, both lasting two hours. Visit statistics use no cookies and store no information on your device; your IP address is used only to count the visit at that moment and is not stored. We honour your browser's "Do Not Track" signal. The map of the property is provided by OpenStreetMap and OpenFreeMap, which receive your IP address in order to display it, without cookies.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for periods required by legal obligations (including tax and guest-registration rules where applicable). Anonymous statistics are deleted after 90 days.

5. Sharing

Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law (including reporting guests to the AIMA) and to strictly necessary service providers (hosting, email, payments) bound by contract.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting info@quintadestilaria.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. The competent authority is the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
